Warranty conditions
This warranty covers only one use in a single private household and does not apply to grills used in a commercial, communal environment or in several households, such as restaurants, hotels, vacation centers and rented properties.
Under no circumstances does this guarantee entitle the user to any compensation whatsoever in excess of the purchase price of the product.
The user assumes the risk and responsibility for loss, damage or injury to themselves, their property and/or third parties and their property, resulting from misuse or abuse of the product and disregard for the instructions provided.
The warranty does not cover problems or incidents due to incorrect use of the product.
The following cases are therefore excluded:
- Normal wear and tear (rust, deformation, color fading, among others) of parts exposed to flames or intense heat. It is normal for parts to need to be replaced over time.
- Any damage resulting from incorrect maintenance or storage, incorrect assembly or modifications made.
- Any damage resulting from incorrect use of the product (use for commercial purposes, use as an incinerator...).
- Consequences of exposure to the seaside and/or sources of chlorine, such as swimming pools, spas or hot tubs.
- Damage due to extreme conditions such as hail, hurricanes, earthquakes, tsunamis or power surges, tornadoes or storms.
If you encounter problems with your product, contact the garden department manager of the store where you purchased the product. Keep your invoice, as these will be required for processing complaints.
